Welcome to Dyzen. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, engaging with Dyzen, or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

 

2. Services Provided
Dyzen offers a range of digital and creative solutions, including:

  • Website and Mobile App Development

  • Internship Programs and Professional Training

  • UI/UX Design and Interactive Prototyping

  • Logo Design and Brand Marketing

  • Cloud Deployment and Cloud Support

  • E-commerce Website Setup and Optimization

  • Database Management and Website Maintenance

All services are provided in accordance with the specific project scope, client requirements, and mutually agreed terms outlined in the Quotation or project agreement. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be separately evaluated and charged.

 

3. Scope of Work
The Company shall deliver services or products described in the Quotation. Additional requests or modifications beyond the quoted scope require written mutual agreement and may incur extra charges.

 

4. Project Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timelines are specified in the Quotation.

  • Delays caused by the Client (late payments, delayed submissions, or feedback) may result in adjusted schedules at the Company’s discretion.

  • If client-related delays exceed 10 working days, the Company may reprioritize or reschedule the project.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments follow the structure in the Quotation (generally 50% advance, 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed).

  • Payments are non-refundable once a project phase has commenced.

  • Payments delayed beyond 7 days from due date will incur a 2% weekly late fee and may cause temporary suspension of work.

 

6. Revisions & Modifications

  • The Quotation includes up to two rounds of minor revisions.

  • Additional revisions are chargeable by hourly rate or flat fee and may extend delivery timelines.

  • Major scope changes require a new Quotation or addendum.

 

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

  • Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client after full payment.

  • The Company retains rights to showcase work in portfolios and marketing.

  • Source files, backend systems, and raw materials remain the Company’s property unless explicitly transferred.

 

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of exchanged sensitive information.

  • The Company will not disclose Client business data without prior written consent.

 

9. Warranty & Support

  • Post-delivery support for bugs or issues is provided as per the maintenance agreement.

  • Any additional support requires a separate maintenance contract.

 

10. Cancellation & Termination

  • The Client may cancel before work begins for a 50% refund of advance payment.

  • No refunds once work has started.

  • The Company may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to provide inputs or payments for over 15 business days.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from deliverables.

  • The total liability will not exceed fees paid by the Client.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts there.

 

13. Acceptance Confirmation
